I’m Matt Carroll, coach and founder of MC Coaching and "The Health Structure".

I work with busy men who care about their health, but don’t want their life to revolve around the gym.

I’ve spent over 15 years coaching strength, fitness, and long-term health, from running a strength and conditioning facility to guiding men remotely through real-world coaching that actually sticks.

My approach is simple, we focus on a clear structure, smart training, realistic nutrition, and decisions that support your energy without draining your day..

I am on this path with you, business owner, father, husband in my 40's. I know the challenges, and limitations, and I've worked my way through them, by always evolving what I practice.

Do I need to be fit already? 

No. This is about building habits, routine and consistency, not chasing extremes.

Is this fully online? 

Yes. Training, support, and communication are all handled remotely. But we have a studio and retreats in Exmouth W.A

What happens after the first three month phase? 

Most clients continue into ongoing coaching once their structure is in place, but it's up to you.

Is there a guarantee? 

Yes. If within the first 7 days it doesn’t feel right, you can step away with a full refund.
